Give yourself permission to put your heart and soul on paper for the purpose of reflecting upon life’s journey. This workshop is a fun, creative and spontaneous way to deepen inner experience in a supportive environment.
No prior skills necessary other than life experiences. Your teachers will be there to inspire and instruct.

ABOUT YOUR TEACHERS
Larry Vigon is a creative director, graphic designer and author with over forty years experience
working in L.A. and London. He was the art director/designer for C.G.Jung’s Red Book.
This year he was inducted into The Album Cover Hall of fame. Larry’s own illustrated dream journal was published by WW Norton N.Y. in 2006.
Thomas Van Stein is an award-winning professional artist and art instructor with 30 years teaching experience through Santa Barbara City College. He has won national juried art competitions, received the Individual Artist Award for Santa Barbara County, was given solo exhibitions in New York, and through the Carnegie Art Museum in Oxnard. Thomas has traveled extensively throughout the world, studying art, artists and spiritual masters of the far east. He is a 30-year member of the Santa Barbara O.A.K. Group, California Art Club, and Oil Painters of America. thomasvanstein.net
